KCNJ14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 806 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-62P, RER1, and TOLLIP. Each is linked with KCNJ14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ14-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-62P grouped by KCNJ14-low versus KCNJ14-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
