The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher KCNJ11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCNJ11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where KCNJ11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
