KCNJ10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,992 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP4, ARHGAP30, and ZAP70. Each is linked with KCNJ10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNJ10 versus GBP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
