Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNJ10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,408 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PVALB, HS3ST2, and OPN4. Each is linked with KCNJ10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ10 results are reported.
