Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNJ10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,099 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with KCNJ10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ10-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ10 results are reported.
