KCNJ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNJ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36A, OR2D3, and SNTN. Each is linked with KCNJ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNJ1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36A grouped by KCNJ1-low versus KCNJ1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
