Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KCNIP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KCNIP2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher KCNIP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCNIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, CHOL, and LIHC are the cancer types where KCNIP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
