KCNIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,269 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, RASD2, and CACNA1I. Each is linked with KCNIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNIP2 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
