KCNIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,649 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1265, RNU6-596P, and IGHD2-15. Each is linked with KCNIP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1265 grouped by KCNIP2-low versus KCNIP2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
