KCNIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, OR4F5, and KCNU1. Each is linked with KCNIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by KCNIP2-low versus KCNIP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
