Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNIP1-OT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNIP1-OT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB9, EPB41L2, and KCTD12. Each is linked with KCNIP1-OT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNIP1-OT1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNIP1-OT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNIP1-OT1 versus SERPINB9 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNIP1-OT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNIP1-OT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
