KCNH8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNH8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,664 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FHOD1, NAXE, and NMI. Each is linked with KCNH8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH8-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
