KCNH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNH4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, TIGAR, and Dvl3. Each is linked with KCNH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by KCNH4-low versus KCNH4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
