KCNH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,085 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYP, AP3B2, and TMEM145. Each is linked with KCNH4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNH4 versus SYP in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
