KCNH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 743 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T7, TMEM174, and GPR63. Each is linked with KCNH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T7 grouped by KCNH4-low versus KCNH4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
