KCNH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, HAUS1, and MND1. Each is linked with KCNH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNH3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by KCNH3-low versus KCNH3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
