KCNG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR181B1, LINC02290, and SPCS2P2. Each is linked with KCNG3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNG3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR181B1 grouped by KCNG3-low versus KCNG3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
