The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher KCNE3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCNE3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where KCNE3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
