Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,414 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of amyloid precursor protein catabolic process, Regulation of membrane repolarization during cardiac muscle cell action potential, and Cortical actin cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with KCNE3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNE3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNE3 results are reported.
