KCNE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 322 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01607, H3C8, and RCC1L. Each is linked with KCNE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNE2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01607 grouped by KCNE2-low versus KCNE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
