KCNE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6859-2, SNORD115-4, and MIR638. Each is linked with KCNE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNE1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6859-2 grouped by KCNE1-low versus KCNE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
