KCND3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCND3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,151 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCND3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP4, SLC4A1AP, and CEBPZ. Each is linked with KCND3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCND3-to-partner and partner-to-KCND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCND3 versus UTP4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
