KCND3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCND3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, TFRC, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with KCND3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCND3-to-partner and partner-to-KCND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Myosin-IIa_pS1943 grouped by KCND3-low versus KCND3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
