KCNC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED27, SENP3-EIF4A1, and CRELD2. Each is linked with KCNC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNC4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED27 grouped by KCNC4-low versus KCNC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
