KCNC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,865 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAG3, JMJD6, and TLE6. Each is linked with KCNC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNC3-to-partner and partner-to-KCNC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAG3 grouped by KCNC3-low versus KCNC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
