KCNC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,079 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, PSIP1, and TLR2. Each is linked with KCNC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNC1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNC1 versus VEZF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
