KCNC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,912 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNC2I2, MRPS2, and ZWINT. Each is linked with KCNC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNC1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNC2I2 grouped by KCNC1-low versus KCNC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
