Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,232 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Spliceosomal complex assembly. Each is linked with KCNC1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNC1-to-partner and partner-to-KCNC1 results are reported.
