Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTL, TRDJ4, and ENO1. Each is linked with KCNB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DTL grouped by KCNB2-low versus KCNB2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
