Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KCNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with KCNB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by KCNB2-low versus KCNB2-high in LUAD.
