Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,014 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytoplasmic translational elongation, Myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity, and Regulation of hemoglobin biosynthetic process. Each is linked with KCNB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNB2 results are reported.
