Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 719 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT1, GYS2, and HSCB. Each is linked with KCNB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-KCNB2 results are reported.
