KCNA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,112 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GUCY1B1, KANK2, and SYNPO2_T755. Each is linked with KCNA5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA5-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KCNA5 versus GUCY1B1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
