KCNA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,881 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, ATP5F1B, and SKA1. Each is linked with KCNA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNA4-to-partner and partner-to-KCNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by KCNA4-low versus KCNA4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
