Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KCNA10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KCNA10 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KCNA10 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KCNA10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and LUSC are the cancer types where KCNA10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
