KCMF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R4, POM121L12, and PPP1R2C. Each is linked with KCMF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCMF1-to-partner and partner-to-KCMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R4 grouped by KCMF1-low versus KCMF1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
