Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KBTBD8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KBTBD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with KBTBD8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KBTBD8-to-partner and partner-to-KBTBD8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by KBTBD8-low versus KBTBD8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KBTBD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KBTBD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
