Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KBTBD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KBTBD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGC, RBMY1F, and AGTR2. Each is linked with KBTBD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KBTBD8-to-partner and partner-to-KBTBD8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYGC grouped by KBTBD8-low versus KBTBD8-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KBTBD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KBTBD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
