KBTBD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KBTBD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,039 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KBTBD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSTR5, MTND4LP19, and ATP5F1EP1. Each is linked with KBTBD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KBTBD4-to-partner and partner-to-KBTBD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSTR5 grouped by KBTBD4-low versus KBTBD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KBTBD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KBTBD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
