Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KBTBD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KBTBD2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KBTBD2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KBTBD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, COAD, and GBM are the cancer types where KBTBD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
