Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KBTBD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,049 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KBTBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA8, EIF3B, and MRPL32. Each is linked with KBTBD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KBTBD2-to-partner and partner-to-KBTBD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KBTBD2 versus PLEKHA8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KBTBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KBTBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
