KBTBD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KBTBD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,610 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KBTBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMX2, MIR6071, and IGLJ1. Each is linked with KBTBD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KBTBD2-to-partner and partner-to-KBTBD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMX2 grouped by KBTBD2-low versus KBTBD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KBTBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KBTBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
