Across TCGA cell cohorts, KBTBD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,657 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KBTBD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, Golgi vesicle transport, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with KBTBD2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KBTBD2-to-partner and partner-to-KBTBD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by KBTBD2-low versus KBTBD2-high in BREAST.
