Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KBTBD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KBTBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1B, OR10R2, and HTR3D. Each is linked with KBTBD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KBTBD2-to-partner and partner-to-KBTBD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG1B grouped by KBTBD2-low versus KBTBD2-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KBTBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KBTBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
