KAZN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAZN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,529 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAZN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, CCNB2, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with KAZN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAZN-to-partner and partner-to-KAZN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAZN→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAZN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
