Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAZALD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 260 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAZALD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P5, FUNDC2P3, and RNU1-91P. Each is linked with KAZALD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAZALD1-to-partner and partner-to-KAZALD1 results are reported.
