The most reproducible KATNBL1P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Liposaccharide metabolic process, Synaptic vesicle transport, and Proton transmembrane transport. Each is linked with KATNBL1P4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNBL1P4-to-partner and partner-to-KATNBL1P4 results are reported.
