Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KATNBL1P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KATNBL1P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher KATNBL1P4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KATNBL1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and GBM show a favorable association.

STAD, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where KATNBL1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
