KATNAL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KATNAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,467 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KATNAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP56, MRPS10P2, and GOLGA6L11P. Each is linked with KATNAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNAL2-to-partner and partner-to-KATNAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP56 grouped by KATNAL2-low versus KATNAL2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KATNAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KATNAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
