KATNA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KATNA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KATNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KATNB1, CBX7, and MRPL18. Each is linked with KATNA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNA1-to-partner and partner-to-KATNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KATNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KATNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
